第一节
| עִנְיַן הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַמְּדַבֶּרֶת: הִנֵּה כְּבָר נִתְבָּאֵר בְּחֵלֶק א׳ פֶּרֶק ג׳ עִנְיַן הָאָדָם שֶׁנִּמְצָא בּוֹ מַה שֶׁלֹּא נִמְצָא בְּשׁוּם נִבְרָא אַחֵר דְּהַיְנוּ הַהַרְכָּבָה שֶׁנִּרְכְּבוּ בּוֹ בְּ’ מְצִיאוּיוֹת רְחוֹקִים וּנִבְדָּלִים זֶה מִזֶּה הַגּוּף וְהַנְּשָׁמָה | The Concept of the Speaking Soul: It has already been explained in Part 1, Chapter 3, regarding the human being, that there is found in him what is not found in any other creature, namely, the composition of two distant and distinct existences: the body and the soul. | 言语灵魂的概念：已在第一部分第三章中解释了关于人的内容，即在他身上存在其他任何受造物中所没有的，即两种遥远且截然不同的存在的组合：身体与灵魂。 |

| וְאֵין הַתַּכְלִית בְּבִיאָתוֹ בָּאָדָם אֶלָּא לְקַשְּׁרוֹ בְּשָׁרָשִׁים הָעֶלְיוֹנִים שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ לְהִתְקַשֵּׁר שָׁם לִהְיוֹת מַעֲשָׂיו מוֹלִידִים תּוֹלְדוֹתָם בְּכֹחוֹת הָעֶלְיוֹנִים בְּכֹחַ גָּדוֹל | And its purpose in coming to the human is only to connect him to the higher roots with which he must connect, so that his actions produce their effects in the higher powers with great force. | 它来到人身上的目的仅是将他与必须联结的更高根源相连，使他的行为在更高力量中以强大的力量产生其结果。 |
| וּבִמְצִיאוּת הַזֹּאת נִמְשָׁךְ הַשֶּׁפַע הַנִּשְׁפָּע אֶל הָאָדָם מִן הַמְּקוֹרוֹת הָעֶלְיוֹנִים וּמִמֶּנּוּ בַּנֶּפֶשׁ שֶׁזָּכַרְנוּ וּמִמֶּנָּה בַּגּוּף | And through this existence, the abundance that flows to the human from the higher sources is drawn, and from it to the soul we mentioned, and from it to the body. | 通过这种存在，从更高源泉流向人的恩泽被引出，从它到我们提到的灵魂，再从灵魂到身体。 |

| פְּעוּלַת הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַנִּבְדֶּלֶת בַּגּוּף וְהִתְפַּעֲלוּתָהּ מִמֶּנּוּ: וְהִנֵּה מִפְּנֵי הַקֶּשֶׁר הַזֶּה שֶׁנִּקְשְׁרָה נֶפֶשׁ זֹאת בַּגּוּף עַל יְדֵי הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה נִמְצֵאת מֻגְבֶּלֶת בִּגְבוּלוֹת פְּרָטִיִּים | The Function of the Separated Soul in the Body and Its Influence from It: Behold, because of this connection by which this soul is bound to the body through the lower soul, it is found to be limited by particular boundaries. | 分离灵魂在身体中的作用及其受其影响：看啊，由于这种灵魂通过较低灵魂与身体的连接，它被发现受到特定界限的限制。 |

| וּמִתְפַּעֶלֶת מִמַּעֲשֵׂי הַגּוּף לְהִתְקַשֵּׁר עַל יָדָם בְּאוֹר הַבֵּית יִתְבָּרֵךְ אוֹ לִנְטוֹת מִמֶּנּוּ וְלִידָּבֵק בְּכֹחוֹת הַטֻּמְאָה | And it is influenced by the actions of the body to connect through them to the light of the Holy One, blessed be He, or to turn away from it and cling to the forces of impurity. | 它受身体行为的影响，通过这些行为与至圣者的光连接，愿祂受赞美，或从中偏离并依附于污秽的力量。 |
| וּבָזֶה תָּלוּי הַכּוּנָנָה לִשְׁלֵמוּת הַמְּעוּתָד אוֹ הִתְרַחֲקָה מִמֶּנּוּ | And upon this depends the preparation for the destined perfection or the distancing from it. | 这决定了为预定的完美做准备或与之疏远。 |
| וְהִיא פּוֹעֶלֶת בָּאָדָם וּמַנְהֶגֶת אֶת הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה וּמַדְרִיכָתָהּ וְחוֹקֶקֶת בָּהּ צִיּוּרֵי הַהַשְׂכָּלָה לְפִי הַכְנָתָהּ | And it acts within the person, governs the lower soul, guides it, and inscribes in it the images of understanding according to its preparation. | 它在人体内运作，管理较低的灵魂，引导它，并根据其准备在其中刻画理解的形象。 |
| וּמוֹלֶדֶת בָּהּ הַמַּחְשָׁבוֹת וְהָרָצוֹן כְּפִי הַצַּד אֲשֶׁר תִּטֶּה לוֹ | And it engenders in it thoughts and will according to the direction it inclines toward. | 它根据其倾向的方向，在其中产生思想和意志。 |

| חֲלָקִים שֶׁנִּבְחָנִים בְּכָלֵּל הַנֶּפֶשׁ וּמִקְרֵיהֶם: וְאָמְנָם אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁקְּרָאנוּהָ עַל דֶּרֶךְ כְּלָל נֶפֶשׁ אַחַת הִנֵּה בֶּאֱמֶת הִיא בַּעֲלַת חֲלָקִים רַבִּים וּמַדְרֵגוֹת שׁוֹנוֹת | The Components of the Soul and Their Interactions: Indeed, although we have called it generally one soul, in truth, it consists of many parts and various levels. | 灵魂的组成部分及其交互作用：确实，尽管我们通常称之为一个灵魂，但实际上，它包含许多部分和不同层次。 |
| וּכְבָר נוּכַל לוֹמַר שֶׁנְּפָשׁוֹת רַבּוֹת הֵם שֶׁמִּתְקַשְּׁרוֹת זוֹ בָּזוֹ כְּטַבְּעוֹת הַשַּׁלְשֶׁלֶת וּכְמוֹ שֶׁמִּכֻּלָּם נִבְנֵית הַשַּׁלְשֶׁלֶת הַהִיא כְּמוֹ שֶׁרָאוּי לָהּ כֵּן מִכָּל אֵלֶּה הַמַּדְרֵגוֹת הַנַּפְשִׁיּוֹת נִבְנֵה כְּלָל הַנֶּפֶשׁ הָעֶלְיוֹנָה שֶׁזָּכַרְנוּ | And we can say that there are many souls that are interconnected like the links of a chain, and just as the chain is built from all of them as is fitting for it, so too the general higher soul we mentioned is built from all these spiritual levels. | 我们可以说，有许多灵魂像链条的环节一样相互连接，就像链条由所有环节按其应有的方式构成一样，我们提到的整体高等灵魂也是由所有这些属灵层次构建而成的。 |
| וְכֻלָּם קְשׁוּרִים זֶה בָּזֶה וְהָאַחֲרוֹנָה בַּנֶּפֶשׁ הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה וְהַתַּחְתּוֹנָה בַּדָּם וּכְמַה שֶּׁכָּתַבְנוּ | And all of them are connected to one another, the last one to the lower soul, and the lower soul to the blood, as we have written. | 它们全部相互连接，最后一个与较低灵魂相连，较低灵魂与血液相连，正如我们所写的。 |
| וּכְבָר אֶפְשָׁר שֶׁיִּסְתַּלְּקוּ קְצָת מִן הַחֲלָקִים הָאֵלֶּה בְּזֹמַן מִן הַזְּמַנִּים וְיָשׁוּבוּ אַחַר כָּךְ אוֹ יִתּוֹסְפוּ עֲלֵיהֶם מַדְרֵגוֹת וְיֵלְכוּ לָהֶם אַחַר כָּךְ | And it is possible that some of these parts may be withdrawn at certain times and return afterward, or additional levels may be added to them and then depart. | 有些部分可能在某些时候被撤回，之后又返回，或者可能增加新的层次然后离开。 |
| וְלֹא יֵרָאֶה רֹשֶׁם מִכָּל זֹאת בַּגּוּף כְּלָל כִּי כְּבָר אֵין פְּעוּלַת הַנְּפָשׁוֹת הָאֵלֶּה בַּגּוּף דָּבָר מוּרְגָּשׁ וְאֵינָם מוֹסִיפִים אוֹ גּוֹרְעִים לֹא בְּחַיּוּת וְלֹא בְּהַרְגָּשׁ | And no trace of this is seen in the body at all, for the action of these souls in the body is not something perceptible, and they neither add to nor detract from vitality or sensation. | 这些在身体中完全看不到任何痕迹，因为这些灵魂在身体中的作用不是可感知的，它们既不增加也不减少生命力或感知。 |
| אֶלָּא פְּעוּלָתָם בְּמַה שֶׁהוּא עִנְיָנוֹ שֶׁל הָאָדָם בֶּאֱמֶתוֹ וְיַחֲסוֹ עִם הַשָּׁרָשִׁים הָעֶלְיוֹנִים כְּפִי מַה שֶׁהוּא רָאוּי לִיקָּשֵׁר בָּם | But their action pertains to the true essence of the human being and his relationship with the higher roots, according to what he is worthy to connect with them. | 但它们的作用涉及人的真实本质及其与更高根源的关系，根据他适合与之连接的程度。 |
| וְהִנֵּה מִכְּלָל זֹאת הוּא עִנְיַן הַנְּשָׁמָה הַיְּתֵירָה שֶׁבָּאָה בְּשַׁבָּת קֹדֶשׁ וְהוֹלֶכֶת לָהּ בְּמוֹצָאֵי שַׁבָּת וְאֵין בִּיאָתָהּ וְלֹא יְצִיאָתָהּ נִרְגָּשִׁים לַגּוּף | And behold, part of this is the concept of the extra soul that comes on the holy Shabbat and departs at the conclusion of Shabbat, and neither its arrival nor its departure is perceptible to the body. | 看啊，这其中包括圣安息日时来的额外灵魂的概念，它在安息日结束时离开，其到来和离开对身体来说都是不可感知的。 |
| וְהִנֵּה כְּלָל חֲלָקֵי הַנְּשָׁמָה מִתְחַלֵּק לַה׳ וְנִקְרָאִים נֶפֶשׁ רוּחַ נְשָׁמָה חַיָּה יְחִידָה | And behold, the general components of the soul are divided into five, and they are called Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama, Chaya, and Yechida. | 看啊，灵魂的总体组成部分分为五个，称为魂（Nefesh）、灵（Ruach）、气（Neshama）、生命（Chaya）和独一（Yechida）。 |

| עִנְיַן מַזָּלָהּ חָזֵי: וְאָמְנָם יֵשׁ לַנְּשָׁמָה הָעֶלְיוֹנָה הַזֹּאת מִקְרִים מְיֻחָדִים רְאוּיִם לָהּ כְּפִי עִנְיָנָהּ | The Concept of Its Vision: Indeed, this higher soul has special circumstances appropriate to its nature. | 其洞察的概念：确实，这高等灵魂有适合其本质的特殊情况。 |
| וְאַף עַל פִּי שֶׁהִיא נִקְשֶׁרֶת בְּקִשּׁוּרֶיהָ בַּגּוּף כְּמַה שֶּׁכָּתַבְנוּ. נִשְׁאַר לָהּ קְצָת עִנְיָן עִם הָרוּחָנִיִּים מַה שֶּׁאֵין קִשְׁרָהּ בַּגּוּף מוֹנֵעַ מִמֶּנָּהּ | And although it is bound to the body through its connections, as we have written, there remains for it some connection with spiritual entities that its attachment to the body does not prevent. | 尽管它如我们所写，通过其连接与身体相连，但它仍与灵界实体保持某种联系，这种联系不受其与身体的连接所阻。 |

| וְהוּא מַשֶּׁזֹּ”ל אַף עַל גַּב דְּאִיהוּ לָא חָזֵי מַזָּלֵיהּ חָזֵי שֶׁכְּבָר הִגִּיעַ הָעִנְיָן לַנְּשָׁמָה הַזֹּאת הָעֶלְיוֹנָה | And this is what was said: “Although he does not see, his mazal sees,” for the matter has already reached this higher soul. | 这就是所说的：“虽然他看不见，但他的‘命运’看见了，”因为此事已到达这高等灵魂。 |
| וְלֹא הִגִּיעַ מִמֶּנָּה אֶל הַמַּחְשָׁבָה וְהַשֵּׂכֶל צִיּוּר שָׁלֵם אֶלָּא קְצָת הִתְעוֹרְרוּת וְלֹא יוֹתֵר | But it has not reached from it to the thought and intellect as a complete image, only as a slight awakening and no more. | 但它并未从中以完整的形象到达思想和理智，仅是一种轻微的觉醒，仅此而已。 |

| עִנְיַן הַחֲלוֹם: וְאוּלָם רָאֲתָה הַחָכְמָה הָעֶלְיוֹנָה לְחַלֵּק הַזְּמַן לִבְ’ חֲלָקִים. הָאֶחָד לְפֹעַל הַבְּרִיּוֹת וְהָאֶחָד לִמְנוּחָתָם וְהַיְנוּ הַיּוֹם וְהַלַּיְלָה כִּי הַיּוֹם הוּא זְמַן הַמַּעֲשֶׂה וְהַלַּיְלָה זְמַן הַמְּנוּחָה | The Concept of Dreams: However, the higher wisdom saw fit to divide time into two parts: one for the activity of creatures and one for their rest, namely, the day and the night, for the day is the time of action, and the night is the time of rest. | 梦的概念：然而，高等智慧认为应将时间分为两部分：一部分用于受造物的活动，一部分用于它们的休息，即白天和黑夜，因为白天是行动的时间，黑夜是休息的时间。 |
| וְשָׂם בְּטֶבַע הַבַּעֲלֵי חַיִּים שֶׁיִּישְׁנוּ כְּדֵי שֶׁתִּהְיֶה לָהֶם וּלְרוּחוֹתֵיהֶם מְנוּחָה מֵעָמָלָם וּבְאוֹתוֹ הַזְּמַן יַחֲלִיף מְצִיאוּתָם כֹּחַ בְּכָל חֲלָקָיו הַגּוּפָנִיִּים וְהַנַּפְשִׁיִּים וְיָשׁוּבוּ חֲדָשִׁים לַבְּקָרִים לַעֲבוֹדָתָם כְּבָרִאשׁוֹנָה | And He placed in the nature of living creatures that they sleep so that they and their spirits may have rest from their toil, and at that time, their existence renews its strength in all its physical and spiritual parts, and they return renewed in the morning to their work as before. | 祂在生物的天性中设定了睡眠，使它们及其灵魂能从劳作中得到休息，在那个时候，它们的存在在身体和精神的所有部分中更新力量，并在早晨焕然一新地回到它们的工作中，如同最初一样。 |
| וְהִנֵּה בִּהְיוֹת הָאָדָם יָשֵׁן כֹּחוֹתָיו נָחוֹת וְהַרְגָּשׁוֹתָיו שְׁקֵטוֹת וְהַשְׂכָּלָתוֹ גַּם כֵּן נָחָה וְשׁוֹקֶטֶת וְרַק הַדִּמְיוֹן לְבַדּוֹ יִפְעַל וְיֵלֵךְ וְיַדְמֶה וְיַצִּיֵּר עִנְיָנִים כְּפִי מַה שֶׁיִּזְדַּמֵּן לוֹ מִשְּׁאֵרִית מַה שֶּׁנִּצְטַיֵּר בּוֹ בְּעֵת הַיְּקִיצָה וּמַה שֶׁיַּגִּיעַ אֵלָיו מִן הָאִידִים וְהָעֲשָׁנִים הָעוֹלִים אֶל הַמּוֹחַ אִם מִן הַלֵּיחוֹת הַטִּבְעִיּוֹת וְאִם מִן הַמַּאֲכָלִים וְזֶה עִנְיַן הַחֲלוֹמוֹת אֲשֶׁר לְכָל בְּנֵי הָאָדָם | And behold, when a person sleeps, his faculties rest, his sensations are quiet, and his intellect also rests and is calm, and only the imagination alone operates, moves, imagines, and forms matters according to what comes to it from the residue of what was formed in it during wakefulness and from the vapors and fumes rising to the brain, whether from natural humors or from foods, and this is the matter of dreams common to all people. | 看啊，当人睡觉时，他的能力得到休息，他的感知平静，他的理智也休息和平静，只有想象力单独运作、移动、想象，并根据清醒时残留在其中的事物以及从自然体液或食物升至大脑的蒸汽和烟雾形成事物，这就是所有人的梦的本质。 |
| וְאָמְנָם חָקַק הבי״ת עוֹד שֶׁהַנֶּפֶשׁ הָעֶלְיוֹנָה שֶׁזָּכַרְנוּ תִּנָּתֵק קְצָת בְּאוֹתוֹ הַזְּמַן מִקִּשְׁרֵיהָ הַגּוּפָנִיִּים וְחֵלֶק מִמֶּנָּה דְּהַיְנוּ עַד הָרוּחַ יִהְיוּ מִתְעַלִּים וּמִתְנַתְּקִים מִן הַגּוּף וְרַק הַחֵלֶק הָאֶחָד שֶׁהוּא הַנֶּפֶשׁ יִהְיֶה נִשְׁאָר עִם הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַתַּחְתּוֹנָה | However, the Holy One, blessed be He, further decreed that the higher soul we mentioned partially detaches at that time from its bodily connections, and parts of it, namely up to the Ruach, ascend and disconnect from the body, and only the first part, which is the Nefesh, remains with the lower soul. | 然而，至圣者（愿祂受赞美）还进一步规定，我们提到的更高灵魂在那个时候部分脱离其身体连接，其部分，即到灵（Ruach），会上升并与身体脱离，只有第一部分，即魂（Nefesh），与较低灵魂一起保留。 |

| וְיִקְרֶה זֹו בִּגְזֵרָתוֹ יִתְבָּרֵךְ שֶׁיּוֹדֵעַ הַדָּבָר לַנְּשָׁמָה עַל יְדֵי אֶחָד מִן הַמְּשָׁרְתִים מֵאֵיזֶה מִן שֶׁיִּהְיֶה וְיִמָּשֵׁךְ הַדָּבָר עַד הַנֶּפֶשׁ וְיִצְטַיֵּר בַּדִּמְיוֹן בְּסִתּוּם אוֹ בְּבֵירוּרוֹ כְּפִי מַה שֶׁתִּגְזֹר הַחָכְמָה הָעֶלְיוֹנָה | And this occurs by His decree, blessed be He, that the matter is made known to the soul through one of the servants, whichever it may be, and the matter extends to the Nefesh and is formed in the imagination, obscurely or clearly, according to what the higher wisdom decrees. | 这是在祂的旨意下发生的，愿祂受赞美，通过某个仆人（无论是什么）将此事告知灵魂，事物延伸到魂（Nefesh），并在想象中形成，或模糊或清晰，根据高等智慧的裁决。 |

| נִמְצָא כְּלָל הַחֲלוֹמוֹת צִיּוּרֵי הַדִּמְיוֹן מִצַּד עַצְמוֹ אוֹ מִצַּד מַה שֶׁתְּעוֹרְרֵהוּ הַנְּשָׁמָה לְפִי מַה שֶׁתַּשִּׂיג | Thus, all dreams are images of the imagination, either from itself or from what the soul arouses according to what it attains. | 因此，所有梦都是想象的形象，来自其自身或来自灵魂根据其获得的激发。 |

| וְהוּא מַה שֶּׁכָּתוּב (בְּרָכוֹת נה.) כָּאן עַל יְדֵי מַלְאָךְ כָּאן עַל יְדֵי שֵׁד וּבְכֻלָּם יֵשׁ תַּעֲרוֹבֶת שֶׁל הַצִּיּוּרִים הַנִּפְסָדִים שֶׁל הַדִּמְיוֹן עַצְמוֹ | And this is what is written (Berakhot 55b): “Here through an angel, here through a demon,” and in all of them, there is an admixture of the corrupted images of the imagination itself. | 这就是《祝福》（Berakhot 55b）中所写的：“这里通过天使，那里通过恶魔，”在所有这些中，都有想象本身的损坏形象的混合。 |
